Programs

At Grunt Works, our primary focus is serving veterans and active service members. Whether you're a supporting member, volunteer, partner, donor, or in need of resources, here's a closer look at the current programs we offer.

GWA Combat Kitchen

This recurring outreach initiative is designed to serve both unhoused veterans and civilians in our local communities by providing warm meals, hydration, supplies, and fellowship through coordinated staff/volunteer efforts and public support. Our Combat Kitchen currently deploys twice per quarter within our headquartered state, Washington. However, as this organization grows on a national level, we intend to deploy staff, volunteers, and supporting elements to communities across America, in an effort to help those in need and encourage selfless service throughout the country.

Turn the Tables (T3)

"Turn the Tables" is a 12-18 month unhoused veteran Vocational-Rehabilitation all inclusive program with 8 primary objectives.

1. Provide clean, safe, and stable temporary housing with on-site meals and support services.

2. Establish at least one year of verifiable rental history for veterans through assigned hotel-style rooms.

3.Build one year of verifiable pay history through a work-study vocational rehabilitation initiative.

4.Develop sustainable job and career skills for post-program employment.

5. Equip veterans with financial literacy and money-management skills.

6. Improve physical and mental health, including regular fitness, counseling services, and transportation to medical care appointments.

7. Foster community, duty, and belonging through integration into Grunt Works recreational initiatives.

8. Identify and mentor future peer leaders who will assist in guiding new program participants.

(This initiative will launch at the completion of construction of our first campus facility.)

Together, we can create LIFE-CHANGING impact.
