Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a grappling-based martial art developed in the early 20th century by the legendary and honorable Gracie family in Brazil. Its roots trace back to Japanese Jujutsu and Judo, but BJJ evolved into a unique system focused on leverage, positional control, and submission holds. Designed to empower the smaller individual, BJJ emphasizes technique over brute strength, making it one of the most effective self-defense disciplines in the world.
For American patriots, protectors, and warriors, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is more than a sport, it’s a discipline of control, humility, and self-reliance. Technique Instruction & Drilling
Following the warm-up, you'll learn high-impact techniques, clearly demonstrated by our black-belt instructor. Participants will then drill these through guided repetitions, breaking down body mechanics and strategic timing.

Rolling & Situational Drills
The final segment transitions into positional sparring, also known as “rolling”, where students apply techniques in live, resistance-based scenarios. This hands-on practice is crucial for mastery, as it replicates real pressure and builds intuitive responses under stress.
Firearms Safety & Performance Standards (FSPS)
Our Firearms Safety & Performance Standards Program is designed to prepare responsible American citizens, law enforcement professionals, and military personnel with the knowledge, confidence, and skill to handle firearms with discipline and precision. Whether you're new to firearms or a seasoned professional, our training offers structured progression across a wide range of weapon systems and real-world scenarios. Led by experienced and certified firearms instructors, our classes cover the following:
Weapon Systems Training:
- Pistol – Tactical draw, sight alignment, trigger discipline, concealed carry fundamentals, and close-quarters accuracy.
- Rifle – AR platform mastery, reload drills, malfunctions, and proper zeroing techniques.
- Shotgun – Home defense readiness, breach and clear techniques, recoil control, and target transitions.
- Long Range Rifle – Precision shooting, optics use, wind and distance calculation, and prone shooting positions.
Real-World Defense Scenarios
- Home Defense – Defensive layout, communication under stress, room clearing basics, and legal use of force considerations.
- Public Defense – Situational awareness, active shooter response, and bystander protection.
- Combat Readiness – Custom modules for military personnel, law enforcement, sheriffs, and SWAT. Training includes advanced movement tactics, team drills, cover usage, and mission-based operations.
Safety First & Foremost
Every course begins with thorough firearms safety briefings based on the Four Universal Rules of Gun Safety. Participants are drilled in muzzle awareness, trigger discipline, and responsible storage practices to ensure safe conduct on and off the range. Unsafe practices will get participants removed from classes expeditiously.
